It's been wonderful to welcome our boys and families back to school, as well as welcoming our new boys and families. The boys and staff are excited to be in their new classes and we very much look forward to the term ahead!

The school has been busy over the summer holidays with extensive building work being done to our outside area at the back. The builders have entered into the final phase of the project and looking to complete in the next couple of weeks.
Congratulations to our Rudiment boys on their amazing achievement in the 11+ exams.
Between the 20 of them, they have received 44 offers and 4 scholarships in total.
Don't forget this week you can attend Breakfast Club, Homework Club and After School Club.

4 boys in Ruds made and sold fruit kebabs to raise money for research into childhood cancers. They raised an amazing £167!
Well done to Jayan who is the regional winner for the NHS competition to raise awareness of the many different yet important roles you can have in the NHS. His poster will now be used as part of their publicity! Also well done to Thomas and Brian for being highly commended.

We are pleased to announce that Loyola was found to be outstanding in it's recent RE inspection.
Well done to Sonny and Nikhil for being awarded the Brentwood Citizenship award by Bishop Alan. This was for their service to those less fortunate than themsleves.

We are pleased to announce that 3 of our pupils have been invited to play for Essex!
Well done to our U11 Football team!
They came 3rd in the ISFA (Small Schools) National Finals in Birmingham and 6th in the English Schools Finals in Derby.
The Loyola U11 Football have just been announced as winning the South East Regional Finals - they're now through to the Nationals!
Good luck to our U11's who are taking part in the finals of the small schools South East of England Regional Championship on Saturday 16th March.
